Ashleigh Sandes

Ashleigh joined Praesidium Capital Management in February 2014. She started her career as an articled clerk at Edward Nathan Sonnenbergs in 2010 and was admitted as an attorney in February 2012. Thereafter Ashleigh joined the Sagitta Group as a legal advisor, a private equity company with investments in numerous international brand partners. Ashleigh’s experience includes litigation, insolvency, company law, due diligence and contract law. At Praesidium, Ashleigh is responsible for all company secretarial, compliance, legal and fund administration.

Ashleigh holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Cape Town, where she was on the Deans Merit List.
